Section 67
Minimum capital and financial resources of the securities trader
(1) A securities trader shall keep the minimum capital and financial resources as specified while conducting securities business. (2) If a securities trader cannot maintain the minimum capital and financial resources required by subsection (1), he shall immediately inform the Board of that matter. (3) Subsection ( 2) If the board receives the following information, it may immediately order such securities trader to keep the minimum capital and financial resources as specified or give other necessary instructions in this regard.
